Playback problem of h.264 encoded video file on my pc..plz help..!!

Today i downloaded saw 3 from torrentreactor web site and the file name was "Saw III [2006-DVDRip-H.264]-NewArtRiot" so when i downloaded it it does not play in windows media player 11 and in media player clic..none of them shows any error message and in bottom of win media player 11 it was written now playing nut i waited for a long time nd it did not and when i play it in winamp only adio can be heared but no video even if i open up its video window i installed latest ffdshow but its not working..Also its working fine with my ps3 but i want to play it on my pc plzz help me....!!!!
