Questions about the 2001 polaris indy edge x?

Hi I want to buy a 2001 indy edge x the one im looking at is fully equipped and mint nothing wrong mountain bar extra windshield studded and 5 inch risers, he wants 2750 is this a good deal for me? or should i offer different i really want this sled but dont want to get screwed over can someone gimme some pointers or suggestions?
