Chemistry help please?

Atomic size: lead has much larger atoms than aluminum, so they have to really pack in there to get the same number of atoms in the same space as a block of aluminum the same size. Think of 10 of those teeny tiny balloons in a closet floating around, versus 10 huge balloons trying to fit in that same closet.
