My husband wont support me if i dont work?

my husbadn wont support me if i dont work and give him all my money i think this means that he dont care about me just wants my money he controls every penny thats one me but when i tell him to add me or have a joint account he wont do it.. i think i am ready for a divorce i have a 8 month old daugher and we dont need this kind of a person in our lifes. but can i get some of his money even tho he never added me to his account? we've been married for 5 years
