Do athiest people have a point?

To me atheism is a scary belief that takes away all of salvation that our children have a right to believe they have a soul its nice to tell kiddies there is a god and that there is a santa. but i can understand there point that should we accept there is no god people will stop fighting and killing because that one life we have should be enjoyed while it lasts. but i must say also many people he kill and murder do so for greed so they can live at the top of the chain i believe the other point is that atheist people do not understand people who want to live better off then others will still kill because the survival of the fittest to have whats best for them will still exist like a bank robber who will kill an innocent person just so they can get there hands on the money to live a better life for themselves so i think there world would be a world with no soul still death and no hope even without god because humanity will find another reason to war and kill without religion or santa clause.
