Need help with that edging stuff around linoleum?

My dog dug at my carpet around bedroom door. Carpet to replace in whole room is too costly. My thought was to cut it back and do like an entry area, you know like as you come in a front door? I can do the laying of linoleum myself, but that gold trim stuff. How do you bend it without breaking? Also, it's not wood underneath, it's a concrete slab. In my old mobile I had done some of that trim, a straight line at a bedroom door and just used the little nails. That wont work in concrete.
