If the U.S. is forced to enter another war, will it reinstate the draft?

If Russia, ignoring Obama's desire regarding providing Iran with nuclear capability actually sides with Iran then all bets are off. As to a draft, I believe that many would either become Rhodes Scholars, find exemption or, emigrate. Then we would see the measure of patriotism of those who believe he is doing the best job for all Americans and who would be happy to show up, draft notice in hand.
