I am a 22 year old SAG Actor. I am trying to decide if I should go back to NYC or go to College in Cali, LA?

I spent a year in NYC, got my SAG card, got into 1 offbroadway play, and did some extra work. I have no agent at the moment. Got a manager but he aint doin nuthin for me.Been home, upstate for about 3 months already. Its about 2 hours from NYC., living with my dad and brother. Have only like $400, want to go back to city..... Should I try to get some job and maybe commute into the city, till I save up and move back or, should I work in my local area, would have to walk to work ( no Car), and try to go to College, in Los Angeles, California....?? I was ready just to move back with the money I have, but I guess thats not smart. College in LA, seems like the right thing for me to do, I guess becasue I can persue the acting while in school. Kinda disppointed wanted to be like a NY actor, and get involved in more plays.....What do u think??
