How to write an attracitve autobiography for job implication?

Can anyone teach me how to write an good and attractive autobiography for my job application? Not just begin with "My name is XXX . I'm xx years old." I know how to do with my resume. But I really don't know how to complete autobiography. Somebody help me~~
