Help me!! i need to tell him, i just dont know how!?!?!?!?

okay so me nd my best friend wesley we have had a few conversations about our feelings for each other, and i told him i just need to think, he said okay he texted me 3 days later and all he said was hey you!!!! and at this point i wanna tell him that i have very strong feelings for him, but don't want him to think im weird.Its been 2 months and ima text him 2 day and say i thought of something wes and ill start off by saying if you want something you have to work to get it....then im lost and dont know what to say after that.......so pppppppllllllllzzzzzzzzz help mee?
