Don't want to hurt her feelings.(Ladies or guys if you can help)?

I was dating this girl wasn't really dating just messing around and I informed her that I wasn't ready for a serious relationship cause I was in the army and always gone. I had a girl before I came to work over here and she seen me in the store with her. She lives with her boyfriend and they both cheat on each other but when she seen me with another girl and she caused a big scene and I ended up losing a good girl. Now when I come home she is always following me and if I have a girl with me she always comes around and tries to hug and stay up under me. I have told her nicely and even tried to ignore her. She just won't let it go. She has a baby by this guy and although they cheat to get back at each other she has been with so many guys since I left that there is no way I can see being with her. I want to put a restraining order on her but that won't help. My sisters have even threatened to beat her azz if she kept on but she just keeps popping up. Ladies what should I do guys too.
