Dogs that look like puppies even when full grown?

I'm looking for a type of dog that looks like a puppy even after it's full grown. I know that there are some types because I've seen them on t.v. (like dog shows so don't think I'm just gullible). If you know any could you tell me the name? and any other info. you know about them? thanks so much!
