How to do screamo screams?

How do you do screaming like BMTH, TDWP, Trivium, and other bands like them? I am new to screamo this is my second day and when I exhaled, I cant go that loud. I cant inhale scream so tips on that would be most appreciated. I almost got pig squeals down. Any tips? I already know to use my diaphram.
