My primary Dr refused to give me Plan B!?

It's honestly all up to your doctor. They do what's best for their patients and maybe he felt like you were abusing your birth control method. He knows you better than we do so maybe he just didn't feel comfortable continuously supplying you with the Plan B pill. A lot of people depend on it as a birth control pill and its honestly up to him whether he wants to give you a prescription. You could have paid for it separately if you were really that concerned.
