We are doing a website for a client. how much can i make before it is taxable?

essentially I want to start a web design service, we got a few clients already. and wanted I wanted to know is, how much can I make before i have to complete a 1099 or whatever tax form that is needed to tax what I make since it may end up being a good portion of my income. as I dont want to get audited lol.
