Rent/eviction/family question?

6 yrs ago my parents bought a house across the street from us so my gma,aunts,uncles can live there or else they would be livin on the streets in chicago. at least thats what my gma claimed. they have caused nothing but problems and screwed my family out of so much money as in like (90,000$) and trust me she wont pay back. anyways. sence may she has been screwin us out of rent. its january now and she screwed us out of $7,000 worth of rent money. she is so smart theres this huge thing she is trying to do that it would take too many words to explain. but anyays. basically the main question is what should my parents do? its very hard to evict your own mom when she always gives these sad stories and stuff. she tells alot of stories tho its hard to no if they are true. idk we just cant figure out how to get her an her family out of our lives. can any of you think of a plan?
