How to tell my girlfriend about it?

I wear adult diapers for medical reasons, and I've been dating this chick for about a month. She's gonna believe her ears that a guy in his 20's wears adult diapers. She's pretty open-minded, though (her mom was at woodstock), but I'm just too much of a coward to articulate it. Maybe a little Jack Daniel's would help me out?
